The Challenge

A private school was managing student records, attendance, fees, and parent communication across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and paper forms. Data was inconsistent, communication was slow, and admin staff were overwhelmed during term-time.

The Solution

We designed and built a custom school management portal with role-based access for admin, teachers, and parents. Features include digital attendance, fee tracking with automated reminders, a parent communication hub, and report card generation.
